Why we started our business We the Wholesaler of the famous mobile phone in the Indonesian country in the Jakarta city was, dedicated to the St.Agusman Damanik memory.1955 - 2000. VocselElectrical.com was established as a one stop shop for Internet users. We wanted to provide a savings portal for the educated business owner and consumer. The ultimate goal was to be able to offer customers a wide variety of selections and choices from professional companies that provide everyday services....at a DISCOUNT. We started VocselElectrical.com out of frustration. Back in Agustus 2004, Alibaba.com sent us a large Internet usage bill for Free. At the time, we were a member of Alibaba.com for over six month, faithfully paying the ever increasing rates that still never end. We called the company to question the bill and was told that we had "additional costs" during the month. Alibaba.com customer service did not have the details and could not explain what they were. Customer Service then told us we would get a fax of the detail. We told Alibaba.com if they did not credit our account for these unexplained charges, we would take our six years of faithfull service elsewhere. Customer service responded, "go ahead." Shocked that they would say that to us, we started to look for another Internet access provider. We found one, at half the price. Alibaba.com made a mistake. Alibaba.com thought they were the only Internet access game around. We then thought other large companies, such as our long distance provider at the time SNET, may not be the only long distance company around.
